Location
Chalet Herrison is 150m from the Plan Peisey ski hire and other shops. You can ski back to the chalet via a blue run.
There is a chairlift just 50m from the chalet. The Plan Peisey ski school (ESF), high-speed 6-seater chairlift taking you up to 2100m and the Vanoise Express that links les Arcs and la Plagne are 400m away.

WE say
At the end of your day you can ski almost back to the chalet just in time to enjoy your afternoon tea on the the southwest facing balcony. The tastefully decorated open plan living area has the added benefit of a log burner to add to the home from home feel in this great little chalet.
The lovely Chalet Herrison is a wonderfully cosy and welcoming chalet which consists of four bedrooms, each with modern, stylish en-suite facilities.
The open-plan living area is the perfect spot for unwinding after a day of activity in the snow. Its corner sofa, situated in front of a glass-fronted fire, is ideal for putting your feet up with a cup of tea, enjoying some home-made cakes in the afternoon.
There is also a large sliding door in front of the dining area which leads out to a Southwest-facing balcony, perfect for taking in the views and watching the snow fall.
This chalet is perfect for families, with a wonderful outdoor space where both adults and children can build snowmen, have snowball fights, make snow angels, and sledge.

Notes
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 7.30pm.
If you have booked a whole chalet then it may be possible for your children to eat together with adults - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
An infant catering service is not offered, however your hosts can provide a small selection of suitable items such as yoghurts and simple puréed fruit and vegetables for the parents; this applies to chalets that permit infant bookings.
