The chalet is just 50m from the piste which gives access to the 6-seater chairlift out of the village; the Vanoise Express for skiing in la Plagne and the ski school meeting point.
At the end of the day you can ski back to the same spot.

WE say
A lovely living area offers plenty of seating around a cosy log burner, and the added bonus of the chalet being just 50m from the piste means this chalet is both comfortable and practical.
Chalet Gentiane has been built and finished to a high standard. The entrance to the chalet is on the first floor with two bedrooms on this level and another four on the level below together with a sauna. All bedrooms have full en-suite facilities.
The open plan dining area and lounge are located on the top floor with seating around a glass-fronted log burning stove. Balconies on two sides provide stunning views across the valley towards Montchavin in la Plagne and the Vanoise express which links to the two resorts.

Notes
Children aged 11 and under will be served High Tea at around 6pm. This is provided at no extra cost and ensures that your child's normal routine is not disturbed: soft drinks or milk are served with the meal. It also ensures that adults can enjoy their evening meal, which is served at 7.30pm.
If you have booked a whole chalet then it may be possible for your children to eat together with adults - please speak to your chalet hosts on arrival.
An infant catering service is not offered, however your hosts can provide a small selection of suitable items such as yoghurts and simple puréed fruit and vegetables for the parents; this applies to chalets that permit infant bookings.
