WE say
Arinsal is a family ski resort with a lively, genuine town centre and great nursery slopes. Perfect for beginners and intermediates alike.
Ski holidays in Arinsal are enjoyed at a great resort village in the mountains of Andorra. The village is at a height of 1550 metres, with the top of the slopes at 2560 metres. Arinsal is linked by high speed cable car to the tree lined runs of neighbouring Pal. We have a choice of ski holiday accommodation in Arinsal with great deals available in 2019 2020.
Arinsal and nearby Pal offer good skiing for both the novice and the intermediate skier, and first time skiers often head for Arinsal and Pal for their first holiday or two before heading for Soldeu and Pas de la Casa.
Arinsal and Pal both have gentle nursery slopes to encourage beginners, and long easy runs to progress to. Intermediates will enjoy both Arinsal and Pal, however, the more confident intermediate will want to explore Pal where the runs are a lot more interesting and varied. There are short, sharp slopes at Arinsal for the advanced skier and some great off piste skiing in both Arinsal and Pal
Arinsal has many full time residents and the villages are 'year round'. Arinsal and Pal can be the perfect answer to those who are on their first ski holiday as there is more than just skiing on offer. In the winter, the town comes to life with lots of bars and restaurants open to cater for the influx of tourists.
Arinsal is famous for having an excellent choice of friendly bars which although lively are all family friendly. The town can get quite lively when the sun sets and its compact centre ensures guests can get between the restaurants and bars quite easily.
Andorra is a duty-free haven and its capital offers great deals on low-priced electrical goods, perfume, spirits, cigarettes & ski equipment.
