BRAND NEW CHALET WITH GREAT FACILITIES FOR 10-12 GUESTS
Le Corty is a private, stand alone chalet for 10-12 guests in a fantastic location just 3 minutes from the village centre. The chalet's construction was started in Summer 2025 and all the major works are complete. Work on finishing the interior is already underway and will be finished in Autumn 2026. Le Corty is right next door to Chalet Serenia.
Le Corty has some of the best views in the whole of La Tania! The large, double height lounge has huge South-facing picture windows which look up to the pistes and forest near La Loze. You can watch skiers sliding down the pistes as you tuck into your afternoon tea...
The building spec of this traditionally styled chalet is impressive. It has been built in a modern and efficient manner and the entire chalet is even heated by an environmentally friendly air source heat pump.
Chalet Le Corty has five ensuite bedrooms, one of which has 2 additional beds if necessary. The chalet can only be booked by one group, making it perfect for a group of friends or 2 or more families. There's even a gym, a cinema room and a lift - Le Corty is going to be extremely popular...
The contemporary Alpine styling includes a funky wood burning stove – you can either fall asleep in front of it or enjoy complimentary Champagne and canapés whilst your host prepares your three course dinner.
Le Corty's sister Chalet Serenia will be finished this Spring and we will get photographs online as soon as we can after that. They will be identical in finish so you will be able to see the style the owners have used. It is going to be a beauty!
